I am not able to view whatever picture/video you posted onmy post, but all i can tll you is that the combustion chamber and top of the piston doesn't really matter. What matters is the cleanliness of the throttle body, intake valves and intake manifold for maximum of both air and air/fuel mixture FLOW.

The combustion chamber is only to compress the mixture, doesnt affect the speed/flow of how fast the mixture travels in.

Most customers do not realise that it's natural for their car to produce carbon, regardless. You get lotsa dirt and residue in the intake manifold and throttlebody which obstructs airflow

This cleans the air intake system whereas if you mix it with petrol, it does not pass the throttle body nor intake manifold. By pouring an injector cleaner into the fuel tank, you basically(if the product is pretty damn good) clean the entire fuel system which consists of the fuel filter, fuel tank, fuel lines, and injectors itself.
