what car are you driving and how do you do it? Thats why it's important for ME to do it, sorry. There isn't white smoke because it's not a whole half can that's soaking in the intake manifold. The white smoke that comes out from the exhaust isn't carbon FYI. It's a result of the combustion of Threebond.

btw, you're the first

Added on May 25, 2011, 6:37 pmand please remember, I'm pretty sure that you car may be consuming engine oil. Go check and overhaul. If you dont want to, the car'll be fine after a few days when carbon accumulates at the worn piston rings again and it'll be lighter than before you did the threebond due to clean throttle body/carb and intake valve.

*speaking from experience

Added on May 25, 2011, 10:35 pmI guess it was used the wrong way. Case closed

Thanks Jimmy. However, whole bottle would be recommended for 100% penetration and better cleaning. From experience, a 2litre and above car feels lighter after 1bottle, and feels quiet after the second bottle smile.gif

the primer is not gonna make your engine look 100% my friend. It works by melting all carbon and using it to seal up whatever holes and imperfections there is inside the engine, thus giving you restored compression.

As for the threebond, 2cans recommended for a v6 for better cleaning and penetration
