6.39 am - breakfast: tuna sandwich with milk.

7.00 am - did 20 minutes jog. dont have much motivation to do exercise early in the morning due 2 just woke up =.=
- did planks 3x10
- did a few push up.

1.30 pm - lunch with tuna sandwich, salad with thousand island dressing, milk.

5.00 pm - 2 half boiled egg, tuna sandwich

5.30 pm - jogging 8x400 mtrs
- abs workout

8.00 pm - yee mee soup+chicken breat+egg
