Guys...Im very disappointed and regret after joint this club on the date of May 2009 last year.
I've transferred my account to another person since dec 2009..but they still charging me on 3rd January 2010.When I called to ask on the 2nd day, they mentioned the accountant of fitness first IOI did wrongly and never update the payment to the new owner(but the information already updated), they will debit to my credit card ASAP.
This case has been draging and pending again and again..and faxed my transferred detail AGAIN AND AGAIN? DID FITNESS FIRST KEEP MEMBER'S DOCUMENT PROPERLY? I need to call by chasing them the status after few days, The staff there mentioned will call me and feedback on my case, But? It dosent seems settle after 3 days I've waited, AND IM PAYING FREE for the person transferred!?
NOW I've been waited for around 3 weeks to get the "ANSWER" how is the solution from Fitness First IOI mall, BUT NON OF THEM CALL ME TO FOLLOW UP OR FEEDBACK, AND AS A EX-CUSTOMER I HAVE TO CALL TO CHASE THE "ANSWER" BY MY SELF?
Today I called to chase the status again , as they promised to get back to me ASAP , BUT NO REPLY AT ALL AND I NEED TO CALL TO CHASE? IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL A GOOD SERVICE? AT LAST I GET TO CONNECT TO THE MANAGER OF FITNESS FIRST IOI MALL , BUT SHE'S TELLING ME THE SAME ANSWER AGAIN AND AGAIN, BUT NO SOLUTION YET? And I heard her "GOOD SERVICE" AS A MANAGER THAT SCOLDED CUSTOMER "XXXX" WHILE SHE PUT ME ON HOLD?(I GUESS SHE DIN'T REALIZE I HEARD THIS), and SHE MENTIONED TO ME THIER ACCOUNTANT WAS SLEEPING BECAUSE NEVER CHECK THE BILLING ACCOUNT PROPERLY (HOW CAN YOU SPEAK LIKE THAT AS A MANAGER WHO REPRESENT FITNESS FIRST), after all she mention to call me back around 4-5pm today, but I waited until 6pm and never receive her call! What a "GOOD SERVICE" PROVIDED FROM FITNESS FIRST. At last I called her back and she replied me with a very rude kind of sound, She told me that I have to WAIT FOR 1 MORE MONTH TO CLAIM BACK THE CHEQUE OF PAYMENT THEY CHARGE WRONGLY! Do you know how much time and money I've wasted by calling from my mobile just to chase the "answer" and confirm the Account is FULLY UPDATED? After waited 3 weeks now they want me to wait another 1 month to settle this case!!!
please advice what can i do wit this..thx guys.
