What u mean by expectation?

Rite now 29 years... My initial investment probably start small RM5000, monthly invest RM500... probably hope to gain 100k in 10++years... possible or just wishful thinking? tongue.gif

This is what my agent advised me to do if thru direct debit

Probable, unless his "gain $100K" means net profit lar tongue.gif

If he really means net profit of $100K based on his numbers, still possible but highly improbable if no better entry plans than DCA and must have great exit plans - need damn good luck that there was a HUGE crash and for 9 years slowly going up, then spike up at the 10th year brows.gif

Better if net profit... thumbup.gif

Btw, got a very noob question... how to understand / calculate the percentage annual return. I refer to the PM Quarterly / Monthly Fund Review which stated the % Annualised Returns (1yr, 3yr, 5yr & 10yr)...

If you mean regular investment via SI/DDI, then yes, it will continue.

What is SI/DDI mean? sweat.gif

QUOTE(PPZ @ Aug 22 2011, 11:50 AM)
hey guys, i invested RM 5k in PAGF and RM 1k to money market. As for current situation, i lose around RM 600 in the PAGF and gain like few ringgit in the money market. It seems like the economy is unstable and what should i do?

i have switched the PAGF fund to money market due to unstable condition. i have invested in this fund since march 2011. 6 months down the road and it seems like this fund is not doing good most probably of the world economy. What should i do?

Hope to hear from your advice.
