the thing is like this, i sent in my iphone 3gs in a MEP center for warranty. they check through it and filed a report and told me i would receive a new replacement for my phone in 1 or 2 weeks time.
i waited and called them every weeks to ask for the status. from week 1 to week 3 they keep telling me it's in the process and there is nothing they can do because the warranty issue is handled by another company and promise me they would rush them to bring in the replacement.
when i called them on the 4th week, they told me another issue, they need to file another report because now my phone is an dissembled phone and promise me again the replacement would be here in 1 week time.
ok i wait until the second week which is this week, i called and they still say the same thing "in the process" sh*t to me. of cos i'm pissed off because i'm paying for something i'm not using.
now i'm very angry at them for giving me this and decided to email to maxis regarding this. and if they don't take off my monthly fees and extend my warranty period, i will complain this to consumer association and i will sue them.
so i'm asking tai ko tai ko sekalian whats the email address for customer service and probably the officer.
whats maxis CS email?, want to email a complain
