Well, i've been in and out the hospital especially in the pshychiatrist ward especially SJMC, Assunta Hosp and UM recently, best is if your depression is not serious you dont have to result to anti depressant pills at times, its not as bad as you think. Find something to fill in the void/gap. But if you insist, i recommend you to seek help from a phsyciatrist, if budget is a problem you can always go to UM at least it subsidize from the goverment.
Also, all drugs have side effects, most common valium or whatever pills, and there is no prescribe dosage, its always trial and error. you get really tired, dizzy and mood swings, so if its not your last resort dont use it.
Lastly, please do not resort to stret pills such as esctasy/ MDMA they are even worst, as you feel really pleasant and peace kind of bonding but the after effect you got to try to know.
