lol, its a sonic gear, what do you expect? I have been working in one of the biggest IT shop in lolyat years back and Sonic Gear speaker has the highest fault rate followed by altec and edifier

well before i started listening to book shelf speaker, indeed altec lansing sounds good to me~
in fact edifier bass is great until i started listening to bookshelf, i never wanted to look back anymore and sometimes i went into my parents room to listen to my old altec to REMIND me how great bookshelf speaker is lol |
