 Running HTPC 24/7, isit safe?

guys just need some tips, im planin to run my HTPC 24/7 for downlaoding reason. isit safe to do that i mean like will it overheat and causes hdd problem ? cos i got plenty of stuff on my system smile.gif

well my pc spec is :
Proc: AMD5200
mobo: Asrock A780GM-LE connect to LCD via HDMI
Ram: 2GB DDR2 ( will upgrade to 4GB nxt mth )
HDD: 1x1TB internal and 1TB external
Casing: Normal small Casing
** because of the casing is small i cannot put in better fans.

me not always watch hi res movie... but depands on my free time.
so wat u think guys my system can go for 24/7 ?
