Anyone here are using Yeahhost? I am thinking of transfer my website to there becoz it is more cheaper and the review from the internet from US is good. I dunno whether the service in Malaysia is as good as US. My webiste is a forum that require much uptime and high cpu comsumtion.

where is your forum members located (country)?

if your forum members mostly are US based, u better stick with a server hosted in US. google tend to lower your ranking in search result if your website is .com but server located outside of US.

personally i am using hostgator. their service is superb.

as far as I know, I don't think it's that famous, but I believe they have been around for almost 5 years. Your best bet is to test this yourself.

My advise is don't pay in advance, instead pay for the first month. If it still doesn't work out nicely, then feel free to change your hosting. No big deal, per month is only RM 50?

Payment in advanced and no monthly payment option for more than RM 100 IS DEFINITELY A NONO. Why? Later they don't refund you then you know. Check out some reviews at webhostingtalk, there are cases where someone actually paid for it and they did not refund him. They will only do it after 6 months.

I seriously suggest you try other hosting.

Since you are hosting forum (Assuming that your forum has at least more than 2k members), if you have linux understanding, then I suggest you get yourself a VPS.

If all still doesn't work out, then I suggest you try finding a good local host. The best reviews of them are available in this very section itself, all you need to do is search this word, 'hosting'

The TNNhost seems to be very cheap, but i dunno reliable or not becoz i afraid it may to be too cheap and a con (perhaps)

TNN is not a con company.. Already try their shared hosting & currently satisfied with it.. I believe their VPS is as good as the shared hosting.. U may try it out for the first month tho, if not good then just changed to other company..
