tat is for the loading index and speed index la... duh... 94 means around 600kg for 1 tire if not mistaken, so in total ur 4 tires should be able to withstand 2000 over kg of weight... then V should be not more than 240km/h limit...

each have has their own recommended spec already so depends...
now mostly recommended is around 32~34 PSI for the front and 30~32 PSI at the rear... so read ur manual or see if there is any sticker at ur B Pillar after u open ur door... some car it might be noted on the fuel cover...
