ic, waja campro? makan asap both?

campro is out of the fight?
*
Campro also come from behind but very poor at low rpm.

Low RPM winner:
1. Mitsu
2. CPS
3. Campro

High RPM winner
1. CPS
2. Campro
3. Mitsu

So sam if i bought Ngk plug must find those with R printed one right? Any spare parts shop got? Or i need to tell them that i want with R printed one?
*
If not mistaken, "R" = resistor. I forgot where I read an article that our mitsu engine are using resistor type spark plug. "R" = resistor type. Here is the picture, so u guys can find it easier.
user posted image
NGK "R" or resistor spark plugs use a 5k ohm ceramic resistor in the spark plug to suppress ignition noise generated during sparking.

NGK strongly recommends using resistor spark plugs in any vehicle that uses on-board computer systems to monitor or control engine performance. This is because resistor spark plugs reduce electromagnetic interference with on-board electronics.

They are also recommended on any vehicle that has other on-board electronic systems such as engine-management computers, two-way radios, GPS systems, depth finders or whenever recommended by the manufacturer.

In fact, using a non-resistor plug in certain applications can actually cause the engine to suffer undesirable side effects such as an erratic idle, high-rpm misfire, engine run-on, power drop off at certain rpm levels and abnormal combustion.

Haha... thumbup.gif Campro & CPS engine win at top speed while Mitsu win at pick up. Mitsu good for city driving while Campro & CPS good for frequent highways driving.

I think something wrong with your engine oil... I am using semi-syn MAG1 US imported oil.. Engine as silent as new. better stay away from helix, castrol cos there were fake oil in the market. Some time workshop also dunno its fake or genuine.. biggrin.gif

you mean we  can't just swap from mineral to semi-synth; with or without engine flushing?
what type of 'sakit'? mind to elaborate more?
a friend bought a used waja and he don't know what type of engine oil the previous owner was using.
he is currently using mineral but plan to switch to semi-syn soon.

btw, am happy with hx7 on my waja ride.
*
Waja no suit fully syn.. i heard got 1 person post that his spark plug is wet after change to fully syn.. For Waja semi syn is more than enuff biggrin.gif

my car is doing fine with hx7 bought from shell station. currently feel so light. can drag with a full throttle 1.8 civic at traffic light with rpm shooting up to  5.8k rpm  sweat.gif  i plan to try bardahl semi-synth soon. after long time using hx7 now it's time to try  other brand  tongue.gif  any comment on bardahl semi-synth?

kelvin mentioned after long time using mineral, should no use other type of engine oil coz' it will caused 'sakit' to the car  tongue.gif  my friend plan to change from mineral to semi-synth on his next service, btw.
kelvin3900, how about changing from mineral to semi-synth of the sam 10 - 40w? any problem?
*

Actually not lucky matters. If using 4300k HID, its just look brighter & whiter compare to halogen bulb. Not glaring at all for projector headlamp, those non projector head lamp is super glaring biggrin.gif I can say is a huge different. laugh.gif
