can turn the screen brighter under sunlight and view perfectly..

for the 4 icons at the bottom..
you have to press slightly upper size of the icon for much sensitivity...

My phone is faster and smoother than before
I have quite a numbers of apps on my phone..
after installed so many apps i feel my phone started
to be lagged. after a new firmware flashed my phone
can feel the speed increase dramatically.




use an app called "multi sms" can be found in Market




I personally think this phone is nice..If you're looking for an entertainment phone,
with speed & 5mp camera. The camera is nice, but you can't take any closed focus
picture like what sony ericson and nokia have. The colour is too vivid sometimes.
The pictures can be view very nice on phone, the 3d media gallery is cool..

I cant find a download button in my gmail. I sent an important PDF file to my phone
and I hope to open it when I am not in office, but I cant download it. Each time I have
to open my Gmail, wait for data packet loaded and my email opened only i can view
the PDF>.

Some command you cant have a direct command in this phone.. or you cant have a
shorter way..


The map is nice if you have a fast connection.
The market is useful when u have enough battery and wifi
you can search a lot of useful apps to try out, or games to play.
multitouch is cool, but it doesn't seem to be important..
my only problem is i always cannot hear my phone 's ringing..
or the vibrate is working..
most of the time i take out the phone from my pocket also got
missed calls or sms..

I suggest you to import from PC gmail..
then edit the contact before you syn into the phone..
it's much easy to edit your contact in gmail than n1...

I sync from gmail, contained group contacts and after synced to my n1.
it shows the group name as a contact name in your contact list, then when u click in to see, there are actually a list of numbers which are suppose in my group list. BUt the problem is I cant search these numbers individually in contact list, I must come into this particular contact then only I can see the list.

for example the group is "abc" and inside got a1,b1,c1,d1..
u cant see those a1 b1 c1 d1 in your contact list..you must go into "abc" then only u can see a1 b1 c1 d1..and when d1 called u, u cant see d1 's name appears on screen, it appeared as "abc"...

I went to celcom bluecube to upgrade my current package 128kbps to 3.6mbps..

damn it..they told me within 24 hours the plan will change and now already 2 days and my speed is still below 128. FxU celcom

Can I know what is the average Internet connection speed you guys have for your N1? not wifi, is from yr ISP..

then can I know if u r under HSDPA covered your logo will still 3G or 3.5G or H ??


I upgraded mine to celcom 3.6mbps...
but I never have speed more than 1.0mbps..always 11x~16x..sometimes even worse at 60kbps only.. the fastest i get is 600kbps..

I tested my it in many places when my fren drives me,
or I drive.. I tested in KL area, Cheras area, KL area I
tested in Sg.wang area to jln Ipoh area. still never can
more than 1.0mbps..

when I do the test speed I use taskkill to close all apps,
make sure the connection only targetted to my speedtest.net

I have that problem..when I take a photo sometimes if u did not preview it and press ok,
it will not shown in your gallery. sometimes even worst, cannot detect microSD card..

if u go back to the camera press ok on preview then it will be shown in your gallery.
