how can the poor alliance defend their base?

Well just from a small guild which consist of frens from around my area..bored of farming though then cmap in IF to look for group to raid instances..but still its hard to look for group to go to certain instances and most of them had their own personal hunters .. so most of time ill be in IF doing nothing although i am an active user .. Thought of making new characters though but thinking of it ,its gonna waste my time also .. Drop by PvP??how ... u are in horde?
