Yep we are bunch of guys and GIRLS.
I would say like 30% of DI consist of girl. I have seen their pic post on website and sound on vent, so no mistake bout it. I still can't quite believe how girls can play quiete well in this sort of game.

What We're About:
Malirn en Niasa is one of Stormscale's premiere PvE raiding guilds. Our priority is to conquer the newest and most challenging content the World of Warcraft has to offer. Our guild focuses on providing this cutting edge raid experience to members of the Oceania community, but we feature members from several continents and nearly a dozen different countries. We offer the chance to be part of a dynamic and diverse international team with an ambitious raiding schedule and demand excellence and mutual respect from all our members.

What We Look for in a Member:
Consistency: Near-perfect attendance on raids is a must. We schedule raids six days a week and expect our members to be available for most, if not all, of these raids. New members will be carefully watched and evaluated for raid availability and raid contribution over the first four weeks in the guild. Those recruits with consistent availability will be considered as Raid alternates and in rare cases may advance directly to Full Raid member. Recruits that complete the first month probation without excellent availability will be considered Non-Raid members of the guild.

Attitude and Performance: We are looking for members with an enthusiasm for raiding content. Our ideal recruits will not only attend nearly all our raids, but they will enjoy pushing themselves to the limit in pursuit of raiding excellence. Success in raiding depends on consistent teamwork. One individual's mistakes can prevent success in an encounter, but one individual cannot achieve success in any raiding encounter. We are looking for individuals that can place the needs of the entire raid before personal glory.

Knowledge of Your Class: You should know your class inside out and be willing and able to take on any tasks or roles the raid leader has delegated to you. We expect exceptional performance on raids and an ability to listen and take instructions. We track individual and class performance quite carefully and expect all our members to consistently meet high expectations. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. But we expect all our members to be able to admit when they are wrong, listen to criticism, and learn from these experiences.

-MC Attunement Quest finished
-BWL Attunement Quest finished
-Must sufficiently understand the English language (both verbally and written)

To emphasize: We are focused on endgame raiding content. If you are looking for a guild to casually experience WoW, we are probably not the right guild for you. If you are looking for a guild to help you level, and help you prepare for the endgame, we are probably not the right guild for you.
The requirements listed are the minimum required and we give preference to applicants that are already well experienced in MC, Onyxia's Lair, and BWL.

Raid Schedule:
MeN is dedicated to competing with the top guilds on Stormscale in order to conquer endgame content. We are among the top guilds on the server, and THE top guild catering to the Oceania community. We have a broad international membership with members on 5/7 continents and nearly a dozen different countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Great Britain, Canada, China and the United States. The majority of our members are based in the Oceania community however and our raid schedule gives preference to this community. We have several successful members from other geographic regions that are able to participate during these times. If you cannot participate in intensive raiding during these times on a consistent basis, do NOT bother applying.

Raiding Priorities:
We work to accomplish raids in the following order: Naxx (target), AQT, BWL, Ragnaros, Onyxia, and MC. The raid leader will announce on each given day where the raid will take place based upon instances available and the raiding party available while keeping the stated priorities in mind.

Ventrilo:
We use a third party communication program called Ventrilo (www.ventrilo.com) in order to relay many raid commands. We find it easier to be able to talk directly to people rather than type in commands in the heat of an encounter. Everyone applying is required to have this software. It is not necessary that you have a microphone, as long as you are able to listen to what is going on during a raid. Please inquire in-game about our IP and port as well as the password.

Additional Addons/Mods:
There are certain addons and modifications that are required for raiding. The purpose of these is to allow everyone to do their job to the maximum efficiency. Please inquire with a raiding member of MeN who shares the same class as you in order to verify which addons and mods are necessary.
Currently all players are required to have CTRaidAssist. Don't bother trying to get on one of our raids if you don't already have these up and running.

Im playing at Frostmourne but only 3 m'sian in my guild.Currently working on cthun, if you guys willing to xfer over i'll get u a spot in the guild but of course need some gear and will raid larh...dun become inactive.haha

Heya!

Any Malaysian/S'porean playing in Kirin Tor (RP Server)- Alliance? So far I've known 5 Malaysian playing there. Hoping can meet more people in Kirin Tor with same timezone. We have a small casual guild there (Lanun of Azeroth) comprises of RL friends.
We are working people, so time spent playing probably limited to 2 - 3 hours a day. Any of you who can't afford to spent 8 hours and more time to play, this guild is perfect for you. We are just looking for more in-game friends and to have fun in wow. But off course, the focus is to do high end instances.
