the rom version i use now is 1.66 .. so the old hotfix need to install aso ?

hey guy .. i am experence something annoying which is sms issue.. how to reset the time i receive the message .. for example, i send a message to my fren at 9pm .. then he reply but the time stated over there is 8pm .. it is annoying for me to check back wat he send to me .. because the message sort accoding to the time ..
