This Year Kings scholarship is actually granted to PTPL College, Penang to a girl called Khor Ching Yee she scored the 2nd highest in the UoL LLB history.
She rejected the offer nonetheless. For verification, just call up PTPL and you will get to know.
Besides, i am surprised that, UoL doesnt even take the effort to convince her to accept it.

It is even more interesting how Kings all of sudden now dropped into ATC's hand to Joey Teh as he marks is make unknown to us?
The truth is, she is still not the best student in the world for inter LLB in UoL. Official announcement has not been made by UoL anyway.

Professor Wayne Morrisson has gone out of the board and now we can see this kind of thing happened. Last year, Ng Kar Kay didnt apply for Kings however she scored the highest. He feels its not fair to award the scholarship to others when she top the list. Therefore, Ng Kar Kay still officially becamethe Kings Scholar even she rejected.  I think this year, UoL should have done the same as what Prof. Morrisson did.
