The only way to deal with incompetent people is to deal with them yourself. Push and prod until they own up to their mistake, and push your case to the higher-ups, enough for the case to take up visibility by the higher management, that they themselves now will have to personally supervise and rectify the incompetences of the stupid placeholders below them.

I dont like pushing people like this, but when it comes to Malaysians and their blatant stupidity and blur-sotongness, it had to be done.

That's what I just did to the uni admins who were handling my fees invoice
I need correction for my invoice as one of my units is missing from the list, email them on the 8th, again on the 10th until yesterday no reply. Got fed up and sent a complaint letter striaght to the head of the finance department yesterday afternoon. This morning I got my revised invoice, that's how "efficient" they are

Looks like the case is not isolated to Malaysians only, evil! Only more apparent here, because people are either meek, or scared, or lazy to fight for their rights.
