2. If I do A-Level in some IPTS, will they (IPTS itself) offer or I apply for a scholarship for that A-Level? Or just for a degree thereafter?

Some IT course, might be going APIIT or UTAR.

They will accept as long as you fulfill the requirements. 5 credits including English, Maths, Add Maths, Physics and another subject, Chemistry I think.
But of course you have to put in more effort in your tertiary studies.
Though in a way interest makes your learning easier but sometimes we gotta plan for future.

1. Erm. Kinda difficult but you may try.
My best friend is a JPA scholar in France now, studying Computer + Maths Engineering. She got straight 12A1s and additional A1 for GCE-O Level. A non-bumi if this is one of the concerns.
Not trying to be racist here either, another friend of mine just finished his studies in Korea also under JPA, scored 8As and 2Bs, studied Chemical Engineering in Uni of Seoul. Err.. Bumi with both parents are assistant principal in two different government high schools. I emphasise again, I did not bring in any racism issue here.
Is working with government helps? Up to your judgment.

2. Yes, some offer. Most colleges offer though.
I was a MMU student by the way. Graduated already.

This one I'm not sure but I heard it is quite fast. RM 50 per paper.
But... Whether they will really remark your paper or not, nobody knows actually.

If you're looking forward for a B3(B+) to A2/A1(A-/A) remark then forget about it, its a total waste of money.
