Holy schmoly! Hackwire,
Just freaking eat an apple/orange/pear/some sort of fruits when you're hungry at night, dude.
There's a research (as usual, i forgot where it is & too lazy to google now):
When food high in carbs/sugar and fats (& salt) are eaten together, a rat simply gorges the food whether it's hungry or not. It will even continue to eat despite being fed full a few moments ago. It's the same mechanism in humans.
All the above you mentioned: all contains high amounts of carbs and fats. There's no way to turn off that hunger once you take a spoon of that ice cream or chips.
I mean it's ok to go eat those snacks once a month during a party or something. But eating them every other night? You guys need to clean your taste palettes.
-----------
Sweetpez:
Hungry?
Eat high fibrous fruits. Apples are good.
And drink water.
1 apple (big one) is more than enough to stuff you up. And you don't need to worry about calories in fruit. You could binge on apples and not gain weight that easily. (I seriously don't think it's even possible to binge on apples).
When you're born in a family of weirdos like mine, you'll see that can happen. Our record is 8 apples by my cousin (I think you've seen him. 6'3" guy). Apple gorging, pretty sick! OF course that was after some "herbs" lah.Just freaking eat an apple/orange/pear/some sort of fruits when you're hungry at night, dude.
