this thread should be in Health&Fitness, not here... TS, if you have time, try google carbs and fats...you'll be amaze on how good you're later to choose which food is good and which is bad...to list the bad food, it'll keep adding up...not to mention all the malay, chinese and indian delicacies and so on... so instead of we give you the fish everytime you hungry, we should ask you to go get yourself the fishing rod...start with the stickies... BTW, my answer would be similar to 4rings...carbs...

QUOTE(hackwire @ Jan 14 2010, 03:11 AM) looking at the calories counter in cekodok. Should we watch out more on the Fat or Carb? both...trans fat and processed carbs...just keep it simple...need not to overlook those matters...as simple as that...pushing yourself to start a diet is more important...procastinate later is your enemy...

QUOTE(hackwire @ Jan 15 2010, 02:15 PM) is fat more the culprit than carb? I used to eat lots of oily food. i can do away with carbs but oily food is a little hard. perhaps , olive oil cooking is an option. this is the problem...when you're suppose to keep it simple, you're tend to overlook things...dude, processed carbs AND trans fat...just watch out for them...
