I took my keys approx 2 months ago and submitted my defect list a month ago but till now they have yet to fix all the defects. When I ask the developer they say I have to follow up very closely to get things done. When I spoke directly to the contractor they told me I have to wait as there are a 40 ppl ahead of me. WTF!!!

QUOTE(hey_there @ Jun 19 2013, 11:52 AM) Wow. I'm buying my 1st property. I'm interested in one d'sara when I visited the showroom 2 years back. Was about to confirm it but the surrounding makes me think twice. Is this kinda defects normal for undercon properties? It is my first property as well but I have seen far worst then this for other places. I bumped into a few owners and they were complaining that the furnishing is bad. It's either I am lucky or that I am not that peculiar. Overall I would say the workmanship is better than I had expected. As for the surrounding, I totally agree with you but during that time I didn't had much choice due to budget constraint. It is not at all luxurious but I get what I paid for.
