I can answer those I see in showroom but not sure its a good investment, I guess majority Malay buying, even in Prop Fair all SA are Malay. Not racist, but Ridzuan also recommend multi racial area for investment.

future MRT wise is a +1

Few mth ago agent call me 275k before discount. Those lower floors < 300k but 1 carpark, higher floor > 300k 2 carpark biggrin.gif

I remember X floor onwards a big jump because of 2 car park. It is good for own stay but maybe (maybe not) for investment depends on the next buyer's preference. You ask your friend whether he gets 2 car park unsure.gif

Oh, compared with ur friends urs is a good deal. When they called me only 5% disc, the SA say 10% disc when first launched.

urs how many% disc? free S&P?

Looks cheap but not really good for investment, maybe good for own stay. They call me RM275k b4 discount also I didn't want buy sweat.gif
