MK Land is the worse developer ever... never pay LAD on time. Need to drag them to Consumer Tribunal then only pay 100%. Also, they never attend to defects. Will delay till DLP over.

Won't buy from MK Land... anymore. Burn once is more than enough.

Mine was Flora Damansara... recently sold cheap. Terrible place! Good luck in getting higher rental. Crime infested area. 40 cars stolen monthly. Rape cases every week. Fighting every few months.

There are news even newspaper don't bother to report. Only residents and tenants will know. Before u buy, please pay a visit to the place first. Worse than DBKL flats.

Actually i want buy it for my own stay but in the same time i am actually looking another alternative around Damansara and thanks God i found a few ( but feel de respectful if i post the place here) in Kota Damansara and to be honest, it resort environment and the price and square feet size is almost like One Condominium. I still havent pull back my money as I will discussed with my parents before i make my final decision. Im studying part time and in the same time im playing band too beside my main career, working at 9-6pm. That's why im little bit concerned about the traffic and foreigners there could disturb the community a bit if not now since my dad is policeman. I cannot all the foreigners are bad people, however black man are more into this kind of unhealthy activity since they came here not really for studying and doing fast money here but most respect to those bangla, indon, myanmar, Nepalese who really came here for bread n butter.

I havent make my final decision, today im meeting with new agent in Kota Damansara to check out another option. I really need to do intensive survey, research and observation before i proceed with bank loan.

p/s: For me. 6.30am is too early for me! haha. maybe usually i spend my night with studying. hehe

Really? May I know is it because of proposed MRT and upgraded KTM? Actually I wonder how to go to the KTM Sungai buloh station from Damansara Damai (i know it is 5-min driving distance, but what I mean is how I shall take the public transport)? Since the KTM improved a lot and the frequency is 10 min a train (6 coaches). It would be quite nice to all those d. damai residents.

To me, I believe One Damansara is really good for own stay. As for investment, rental yield could be good as there is a college right below the condo. The capital gain depends on the whole town (D. Damai). If the public transport is more convenient, then it will appreciate too.
