received my VS last week... still waiting for my ECU to adapt to the changes...

Certain car require ECU to adapt back. You can unplug negative terminal from battery, wait for around 10-20 seconds and then put it back. This will instantly reset your ECU state and then rev your car up for distance of 1-3 KM to let the ECU adapt.

Hi bro, the negative cable i mean is the whole connection point on your battery terminal (Not the connection wire of the VS). Once you remove it, your car has no power supply from battery at all and so you won't be able to start your car. Leave that state for 1-5 minutes (Correction from prev) and then plug it back.

It is just like taking out the battery from your phone in case your phone hang and you couldn't do anything hehe.

ya, like after you change high flow air filter, certain car may require to reset the ECU or else the ECU is stupid and cannot take it in short time.

it doesn't really matter whether the car is running on petrol or diesel, only if the car is running on 12V battery, then it can be used. Even motorbike can use it.
