You make my Monday become colourful, String
I am going to Maxis TTDI on 26th Sept to get my set. Hooray! My friend, who cannot make it, is asking my favour to get him a set as well (with iValue Plan 1). My question is, 1) Can I help my friend to sign up a package, without his presence? 2) If yes, what are the documentation thing I need to bring along? |

QUOTE *** Prepayment of monthly fee is required for iValue 1, 2, 3 & 4 which will be credited equally over your first 5 months. Prepayment of monthly fee are as follows: •iValue 1 – RM400 for 24 months contract, RM200 for 12 months contract. What does it mean by "which will be credited equally over your first 5 months"? Assuming I am taking the iPhone 4 16GB, iValue 1 Plan, 12 months, I have to pay RM1690 (for the Phone) & RM200 (for prepayment) = RM1890. Next month, how much do I have to pay? QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Sep 20 2010, 04:17 PM) @blinkblink88 Appreciate your valueable input, xaw5126. iOS 4 has a "Cellular Data {OFF} switch. for you on a capped plan, just switch it off, n switch it on whenever u need data. @panasonic88 yes, cos he's signing a new contract. for all you supplementary line holders. please be informed that Maxis only accepts the principal line holder to sign the contract. its a contract, between the owner of the account (principal) and Maxis. Malaysian law, contracts r null n void if signed by a third party. Exception is granted only with a letter granting powers of attorney. < if you don't understand this, just bring account-holder, k? In this case, I plan to terminate my supplementary plan under my dad (principle), and take up the iValue 1 under my own name. Still, I have to bring the principle along? *scratch head* |

QUOTE(prasys @ Sep 20 2010, 05:36 PM) 2 years contract is worth it , well at least you get 2 years warranty. Wait, is this statement correct?SG888 , well unless you know somebody from SG , then its worth it - but going all the way to SG , paying tolls , buying the phone. Its not worth it at all ! I thought all iPhone comes with 1 year warranty only. 2 years contract doesn't mean 2 years warranty, no? |
