i did not book the interest or anything... does that mean i cannot book iphone 4?

As long as you are existing Maxis customer, should be OK. At least it is what Maxis said on the webpage.

do you think the iphone 4 would still be available on the 30th?

Insider source from my Maxis friend, only 1500 units available for this batch. How true is it, I don't know..

Hi guys, I have a question: if I bought an iPhone 3GS with a 2 year contract last year, do I need to return the 3GS in order to upgrade to the iPhone 4 on the existing contract? Or can I keep it and just pay the necessary "upgrade fees"? Also, how much should I expect the upgrade fees to be?

Appreciate if those who had experience upgrading from 3G -> 3GS to reply smile.gif

If I read the fine print correctly at Maxis webpage, no, you don't need to. Just carry on with the new plan rate + your current plan rate for your 3gs. E.g., you still left 1 year, and you sign up for two years for iPhone4, then you need to pay them the rate for 3 years. Look for the link call "Rate Upgrade" at their webpage.

guys!!! i just spoke to their CS, they said those who got confirmation ID will definitely been reserved the unit(s) they booked!! yayyy!

This is definitely a good news. I was worried that even we are given a Confirmation ID, what we can do at that day is just to place our booking and collect the phone 45 days later !!

Thanks for the news.
