im confused of all these products since their objectives are the same like Muscle building and recovery. What are their differences and whether advisable to mix and use them as everyday?
when i go to G&C.... the sales man said almost the same thing , this one and that one all the same, depend on you...
Can i have expert to guide me buying the right type of supplement ? Im not into Malek Noor muscle building but im looking forward to have a solid muscle like Ironman runners, slim and muscular . Perhaps good bodybuilt like Lance Armstrong .

ok thanks, kind of understand now but how much protein is needed ? is it based on weight? and how much of protein is in a chicken thigh? So is 1 chicken thigh enough per day for 100KG body weight?

i notice endurox is more expensive than accelerade. seems like accelerade and endurox have sugar and electrolytes which were the extras as compare to just protein products like 100 Whey Protein.

I like to make one introduction in this thread, Glucolin. It's also labeled as Energy drink but in the nutritient label, i only read some Carbo and Energy Kcal .... no protein or whatsoever. It was made with Fructose or glucose which i believe is only sugar.
can it give energy as compare to drinks like Accelerade and Endurox.

the article above does it mean the key to get tone down and slimmer is to reduce sugary contents like glucose, fructose etc but to increase intake of protein .
i been drinking glucose and accelerade during the running exercise. should i just take normal water in?
