I called TM again to bug them about my missing HP Mini. TM said that they cannot do anything to check what's going on with my order. Pifftt...

I managed to call HP. They have my records but apparently TM hasn't approved the order, so they cannot deliver the netbook.

I have called TM on 100 once more, I told them HP will not be sending any netbook to me unless TM do something about it. Then TM told me that 100 can only assist me in technical issue, and they cannot do anything about dispute.
Should I call HP again and tell that TM cannot be helping me to obtain assistance?  |

HP called me back and said sorry. They cannot do anything unless TM gives green light. 100 does not bring me deep enough to TM to fix the issue. TM better refund me another half month bill for all the delay.

@lowyard, what if TM launches a better plan but only eligible to people of your parent's age? Haha... You'll never know whose name is necessary.

I'm not very sure but I guess the procedure of transfer is also to terminate existing, quarantine 30 days and then resubscribe. I can't be sure of this, ask the TMpoint if you have to.
