btw if i applied the new Homeline and Streamyx Unipack, today its the 6th day after process, and i still haven't receive my call/appointment from TM, who should i call to enquiry my question?

i suppose u register with agent. Some agent didn't work efficient. It'll be wise for u to go to ur nearest TM Point and consult them.

One more thing, 'bug' the agents. Keep call them and make them busy.

i really dont know what the TM is doing. submitted the forms and documents 4 days ago but they never key in the application. i believe some of the applicants here also faced the problem. really got to complain then only they will start working.

btw for those succeed to apply, at your application there, does it put unipack? cz my application, the cinfirmation slip i obtained, it wrote there

ref service type : streamyx 512k (free modem) - rm65 (streamyx combo ) (wifi @home) (student netbook bundle)

i ask the lady why put streamyx combo, she said cz the system not update with unipack yet. i believe her at that time

but then today i go tm streamyx to login and check, the balance information there, it state that my balance is rm65 instead of the unipack price rm53.
anyone have the same situation? or will they automatically change it to unipack in the bill later on?

Ok lar, I just got my router installed @.@

Here's the whole process for UTM student >.>
1. Went to the TM point located at Tun Aminah just to get the FORM
2. Filled it up along with photostatted copy of the phone owner (your dad, your mom, your sis or whoever that owns the phone line), matric card, ic, offer letter, bla bla bla
3. Get verification from the high ranked officer that you are a 1st or 2nd year student (Should be easy but I went looking for him thrice just to get a signature and cop T.T)
4. Then went all the way back to TM Point to settle this

If you wish to terminate, you need one month time after termination before you can apply the cool uni pack on it

Termination requires the owner of the current streamyx (wahlao eh)

Or if you have 2 phone lines, you can apply it to the phone line without screamyx and after installation is done, you can terminate your current streamyx.

I'm still waiting for my netbook @.@

All packages are wired, like usual streamyx. Technician will come to install ADSL modem. No, you don't get to do self installation. It's compulsory.

Edit: Modem has wi-fi AP just in case some of you get confused with wireless streamyx

can anyone here tell me when u apply the new homeline + unipack, how many form u hav submitted?
I only submit the unipack form. i wanted to submit the new homeline applicaiton form, but they refuse to accept it, they said it's the unipack form is 2 in 1.
I want to know whether i miss out something... as i did not receive any homeline number after i submitted the form.

Ps: TM Point staff told me thr are a lot of application, he asked me to wait for 1-2 weeks for the contractor to install my homeline ... ... y so inefficient!
