first i talked to product and services, ask them why i not yet receive the streamyx zone email, they checked and ask me check with technician... ok fine i call 100 again and talked to technician.... they ask me call product and services........ at the end get nth...............

oh, i just called to HP, they told me after they received the order from TM they will send us a confirmation mail, if we haven't receive the email from HP which means our orders still stuck at TM side.

btw do u receive the streamyz zone email yet? mine not yet....

hmm.... even they not yet come and install the new homeline for you, did they let u know the homeline number when u submitted ur form that time?
for me, they did let me know the new homeline number when i submitted my application at TMpoint.

no i dont have the streamyx confimation slip at first, i re-visited tmpoint to ask why my streamyx not yet install after my homeline installed for 5 days, then they only printed out the slip to show me.

i dont think the netbook delivery will go thru TM lo, HP will handle by themselves.
HP called me just now, next week delivery but still not sure which day.

mine from streamyx email but somes from other email and some din receive any emails at all but receive called from HP

u homeline number, like if 03XXXXXXXX or 06XXXXXXXX
actually u can skip it just press the # key.
