I am totally newbie in properties. I just started my research in buy property.

I was looking around in the web and I found that condos in Jln Ipoh / Sentul / Kepong are cheaper than other area like sri petalling / bkt jalil. Is that any reason of low demand in that area? traffic s**k? township no good?

Any other recommendation are welcome

Budget: 300+-, max 350k.
Type: Condo
I am working in IT line, prefer location should be easy to access to City center / PJ / d'sara / TPM / Cyber

For my opinion, Jalan Ipoh prices is lower maybe because of the security............................

the security is not an issue in Jalan Ipoh, I stay here more than 30years, but alot of indian (sorry if sound racist) but it's true...

The traffic in Jalan Ipoh consider very bad, but you can easily access to PJ and KL area.

for you budget 350K, you can actually looking for others area (PJ, Puchong).

First Residence -> MOST LUXURY CONDO in Kepong...

I have two units at PJ which are kelana mahkota condo and kelana puteri

n this First Residence is much lower than rm350k.. hehehehe...
