I am totally newbie in properties. I just started my research in buy property.

I was looking around in the web and I found that condos in Jln Ipoh / Sentul / Kepong are cheaper than other area like sri petalling / bkt jalil. Is that any reason of low demand in that area? traffic s**k? township no good?

Any other recommendation are welcome

Budget: 300+-, max 350k.
Type: Condo
I am working in IT line, prefer location should be easy to access to City center / PJ / d'sara / TPM / Cyber
