- Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd (“CFSB”) and MYEG

The Board of Directors of MYEG is pleased to announce that the Company and CFSB had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) on 23 October 2013 to establish a proposed fund of RM60 million for the purpose of providing funding services into the early stage technology companies and other entities, whereby CFSB shall invest RM40 million while MYEG shall invest the remaining RM20 million.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the MOU.

The Board of Directors of the Company, having taken into consideration all aspects of the MOU, is of the opinion that the MOU is in the best interest of the Company.

This announcement is dated 24 October 2013.

Not much difference

I'm new in here and I was thinking what makes the share worth investing? I have been checking out on the MYEG share a bit. The targeted price by CIMB seems pretty good at 3.47 and the last 3 quarterly reports seem healthy and encouraging. Any other key reasons which will push up the share price?

-Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) ask gomen to review MyEG online system to renew foreign workers' permits.
-gomen might appoint a different service provider, thus MyEG loss
