There's no need for an OC service even if you knows 0% about computer.
You need to learn,there are plenty of guides.Try check it out.

get urself a good aftermarket air cooler...
that will help...

monitor your pc temperature .

slowly bump fsb .
vcore not recommend over 1.5v iinm for ( c2d / pentium )
