Like your thumbs up. Maybe I can share some of my opinion to u, I think the elevated road in front is the main road and it makes my way easier to KL through Jalan Kuching or Jalan Duta. I dont really prefer center mont kiara, too jam inside. Oh ya, I forgotten about the HTC, didnt realise last time. But maybe we can check with the development that nearby like NAZA or Icon. But its not too near right?
DUKE highway, yes, at the back of Icon.

aragreens residence. facade style looks a little similar.
but facade may not as canggih as this Icon R.

the aragreens resi carpark area is well design and hidden very well. hardly can see it from outside.

Oh ya aragreens.. but quite a lot of unit split across numerous blocks right?
