I'm posting my daily food intake here. I won't use the term 'diet', because I did not follow any diet plan at all during the process of consuming the coffee. I have hard time controlling my appetite.
As what is suggested before, we need to drink hell lotsa of water when we're consuming this coffee and that's 3litre of water per day.
I have tried 3-4 types of diet plan before and I know how it works, so yeah, it's water. Usually I will drink a cup of plain water before I consume the coffee in the morning before breakfast and another 1/2 cup after the drink.
So now is my result and process.
today is the 2nd day morning I have stopped consuming, I'm testing whether the weight will rebounce or not XD

Lunch: Oatmeal
Dinner: Chicken Wings x 2
Day2: 25.01.10
Breakfast: Nestum+Malt(Milo)
Lunch: Noodle soup with pork balls
Dinner: Snack+Coke at 8pm, Dried noodles @ 10.30pm
Day3: 26.01.10
Breakfast: Mini Chipsmore(couple of pieces)
Lunch: Oat + Hakka Noodles
Dinner: Jusco onigiri + Corn Soup + Fishball
Day4: 27.01.10
Breakfast: Bahulux3, Chocolate 1 small pieces
Lunch: Fishball noodles + Malt sweet
Dinner: Rice+Roasted meat+Corn Soup
Day5: 28.01.10
Breakfast: Bahulux3
Lunch: Hakka noodle, cookies & malm sweet
Dinner: Otak-otak, chicken skillet & rice
Day6: 29.01.10
Breakfast: Mayonis spread bread + Cookies
Lunch: Dried noodles+charsiu+malt sweet
Dinner:Corn + Squid dishes @ 10pm

*Feeling fatique today. I'm guessing that I drink only 2l inconsistently and skipped food during normal dinner hour.
Force my self to eat watever food I can found @ home, and that's bakery's made burger and I ate it, I feel a bit much better and ok after I "detoxed" half hour later...Day15: 07.02.10

During the whole process, I do not bladder much, but I do urinate at least 2hours 1 time
