Alamak ravewar, really troublesome lah the sold items need to refund back due to unknown reasons, perhaps your rams working okay but the buyers mobo does not. I remember I got error and can't boot even to bios when I am changing to the new ram. I oc my mobo, and need to reset to default first than I can get everything okay.

QUOTE(raymond5105 @ Jan 27 2010, 09:55 AM) This is the nature of Prescott core. Guess what, too may of our members shifting to new era of 'i" series... even most of 775ers are shifting also. I just bought a new MSI board which before that caused me a big dilemma to change or not to. Sometime I feel that upgrading between the same platform is kinda useless, i5? i7? wish I got much money to poked out from the pocket Added on January 31, 2010, 10:43 pmHi all, this thread is so quiet. I have just clean off my CM690 from dust for the first time. The filter on the casing is doing a very good job except the one beside the panel which doesn't come with filter. |

Not to mention the i3, the new member of The 3 Mouse"i"teers. 1366 or 1156? frankly I don't know how it works nor to describe it. 775 is another few years to use till I win a jackpot or the most impossible scenario, a securicor van carrying money to the bank skidded and turn upside down in front of my workplace. Then I'll talk about i7, seriously.
Now playing with my new toy, the P45 Neo3... hehe |

QUOTE(raymond5105 @ Feb 1 2010, 02:32 PM) "i" teers are meant to replace the old school LGA775 but is not the instant one. Now you can notice that LGA775 mobos are hardly to get a high end one. yup, very very true. I was looking for the the gigabyte p45 ud3r high and low, I pmed most of our mobo sellers here in LYN, randomly called some shops in lowyat and melaka as well and ravewar also helping me out in finding any sellers... it returned me no more stock or end of line product. Same goes to some models such as msi platinum serie and biostar tpower... |

The last of the Mohicans, s478. Mine sold already, another my 2nd 478 mobo which is considered new all of sudden no power! not a psu problem. Luckily the earlier mobo can be use, now with it's new owner.
