Anyone knows why there are to different reserve price for the same auction unit and same auction date?

Brought from auction? Been viewing this are for months, but couldn't make any deal successfully so far...

I've been searching for months but all over RM350k except auction unit but still very very difficult to get an auction unit lo

why get threatened ?

dont know, maybe the owner dont want others to get his/her property gua...

I heard only high court auction only can enter if you want to bid while other can let people view and see. Not too sure, plan to go and have a look.

it will have auction for VK condo, the price is low..just only 148,500..but i think it will increase more then 3xxk..
need some idea..anyone with auction experience?
