hi all!

anyone here know what's current market value for block A unit with around 1224 sf? for investment purpose, anyone would suggest block A if price below 180k for the above mentioned unit?

Anyone know in KV-C, which one is Block 1 ,2 ,3?
The one facing golf is 1?
The one facing highway is 2?
The one slanted 45 degrees is 3?

how much is a block B 12xxsf unit selling now?
Seems a lot block A, C units in the market, but B is still the favorite considering the shortest distant to walk to IMU across the road. Hardly seen any Block B unit for sale, must be good rental...

Hi Seanking, you can check prices at iproperty.com.my. I did a quick search on asking prices for parcel b units, mainly because it is nearest to IMU

Really surprised that prices have gone up above 400k , used to be 3xxK last year. Anybody know why prices have gone up? Does Covillea have anything to do with it?

Price gone up because the maintenance team was change and they spent sinking fund to repaint and repair all the facilities. I just bought a unit pent house at Vista Komanwel A, 2793 sqf2 with RM 430,000, and tenant (renting RM 3,000)

wow, that's only rm150+ psf. the prices I see on that search i made are rm300-370 psf now. when did you buy yours?

I'm trying to get 1 unit here but the price has shot up recently... doh.gif

Reasons I consider this place are :-
1)I can go bk to Johor via Seremeben Highway
2) Wife likes to do shopping at Mid Valley (vis OKR) & Sunway Pyramid
3) Can access to Putajaya via Seri Kembangan / new Putrajaya highway for maid's VISA matters
4) Sri Petaling develops v fast - nearby lots of eatery places (famous dim sum & sea food restaurants), nearby OUG & Sri Petaling wet markets, Carefour, Giants etc
5) International Medical University & APPIT college - potentilal rental yields
6) reasonably good security with access card & CCTV monitoring
7) nearby LRT's (Sri Petaling & Bukit Jalil)
8) concerts (Kelly Calrkson, Alan Tham etc) / football matches (even Man U & Liverpool matches were held here) / Funfares at nearby Bukit Jalil stadium
9) Convenience - all d major highways, KESAS (PJ/Puchong/Subang/KLIA), Seremban Highway (to KLCC, can also go to Seremban Johor ), Old Klang Road (to city centre / Mid Valley), Putrajaya Highway (to Putrajaya / KLIA), Besraya Highway (MINES, Sri Kembangan / Kajang / Putrajaya / Cyberjaya)

1/2, 1/2 as son is studying at IMU... instead of paying d rental (RM700 middle furnished room + utilities) contributing for other's mortgage repayment, coining d idea of owning 1......
