hi there...can any1 out there giv me sum advice regarding the properties around bandar mahkota cheras in terms of investment value o potential long term value as i've heard rumors that the area is undergoing promising development....thx in advance!!!!

I think there is a Jusco under construction there. Definitely have potential.

you should invest....but its soon gonne be terrible jam morning n evening on traffic lights.....

mohkota 2 storey link house rental can fetch 450-900 depend on which area/ phase..

Now everyday morning Q at the traffic lights about 20-30 min to grand saga HW, evening go home also same

the mahkota coffee shop are extremely good business until u can't find any parking, have to wait for table some more.

my dad owns a corner lot shop office...purchased just over 1mil(about 3-4yrs ago)..now buyers offering above 3mil...so yeah...i think BMC got huge potential...

thats' the shop lots..cant say the same for houses...to me, its still highly under occupied...

wow....it seems BMC promises soo much potential...haha..hopefully there will b more major projects in planning other than Jusco...^^...hehe...

Commercial units has potential bcos of the high population at BMC & Sg. Long.

But living there, no.1 issue is of cos access & transportation.

Nonetheless, it's attracting more & more buyers who can't afford the high (somewhat crazy) price properties closer to city centre.

yeah transportation only bus.....i heard brand new LRT will be construct from bandar tun hussein onn to damansara....soo it'll be more a bit better later....

for the traffic lights, i hope lorry hantu bang them lar......no traffic = super clear.....

went to their sale office few months ago when i was searching for house, the sales manager told they have 3 storey semi-D coming soon, G & G, was told price start from 1.x m

they planed for new super link at opposite section 5, beside vista mahkota. beside section 2 also link house, now can see earth work in progress, all G & G, price don't know

oohhh....soo many developments...hahaha..gud2....kip it up!!!^^

i saw a new development beside the sales office.....donno which developer is that....
