i agreed with u...my onli concern nw is when i can have tis toy???dun k is US, euro, SG, NZ, or AUS, i can bring it in...any idea and advice??

xaw5126, same though with me, i thinking to get local set as worry de 3G might locked with any telco here...i dun mind to sign a contract with their data plan since i looking for another alternative other than celcom now...

i got a 5" GPS, car audio is double din 7", now plan to get tis 9.6" with bb to load google maps! cool.....

RM2345 for which model? 32ssd?

a fren of mine is in houston nw...msn me whether wan her to help on getting an ipad....she will back to msia by 27th...should i get fr state or rather waiting for malaysia version???

another concern fr me is i rather to get a wifi + 3G version...but as we knw, micro sim card is playing here...i wonder by time when launch in malaysia, our telco will having tis type of sim or nt...i preferred ipad running google maps via my bb....

p/s: conversion rate, 32gb USD 599+ 9.5% tax = USD 656 = <RM2,300...worth or nt?

i knw very well bout apple product warranty....i dun mind on it...my 1st gen iphone is fr US 2 yrs ago...i used until nw oso no problem, 2g with fw 3.1.2...i m 1st batch f iphone user in msia too....hehehe...

Every ipad can easily identify their origin location by checking the serial number, i don't think any support can able provided to you time being in this region...

i got no issue at all for warranty la...i knw very well for apple prod warranty...i got a few frens, base in state, work in state, fly here n there within msia n state...no problem for me claim warranty la...thx for ur concern here...

yes, a lot of apple stock is out of store...jus get a call from my supplier...they got few unit 16gb ipad on hand...guess wat their pricing???is true, they got stock on hand in malaysia nw!!!!

yes, this is apply to me since i got ppl to help me...for those who wanna to have 1st hand on ipad , so they have to find their solution if anything happen to claim warranty...

me too, i also agreed...we knw very well, apple prod din cover for international warranty....those seller said 1 to 1 exchange, i wont take it lol...tq

ya, i think most of us declare same point here...every prod sure have defect product depend on ur luck...i have 1st genereation 2g iphone since launching nw...i got NO issue at all on it...

same to my MBP, after a yr usage, no issue at all....try luck la...

nearly got an iPad (64GB model seems to be selling out very fast) but decided to wait for the 3G model after watching the iPhone OS4.0 keynote. MIcro Sim if follow the US model means you can subscribe on demand and not sign yearly long term contracts, which is fine. but the built in GPS would be a great benefit when multitask comes. imagine a 10in Navigation system in my car biggrin.gif

bout OS 4.0, multitasking is de most wish item for me!!!

2500 is consider cheap d...yesterday go n c my sources, they got more than 10 units on hand...16gb selling at rm2800...

i did post up bout tis in previous thread...

i believe some of us here is de same...we nt really rich...but we willing to spend on gadgets, follow de trend....i try almost everything, symbian, WM, iphone and android as well...blackberry soon....owning MBP 13", toshiba n200, iphone, ps3, psp, recently jus get an asus A42 series as well for Win 7....jus wanna try out something new and most of de item is normally sit there oso...

but compare to last time, i did cut out oso d la...ppl growth, diff commitment in diff stage lol...ipad, something new for me, so i wait n c...waiting for wifi + 3g model...
