The brand i can choose only Sony, Samsung, Lg, Sharp, Panasonic, Toshiba, if got some other brand that is better please list out for me...
P/S: I heard that most of the panel of all other LCD made by Sharp?? Is it true?

May I know why plasma is out of the question? Looking at the sizes you're considering, you are better off with a plasma TV. I was looking for a 46inch LCD but ended up with a 42 inch plasma. If you are looking at 32 inch, then LCD could be ok.
