Yeah... so sorry to hear that. Very seldom will there be a case where the buyer didn't get the rubber pads due to unsatisfactory postage service.
I have been selling these since last year to more than 100 customers, so far yours is the 2nd case. While I cannot be responsible for the unsatisfactory postage service, I hope that the rubber pads I re-posted will reach you. Since we're on this, I feel I must say this to all my future customers (not directed at shamrawk): Please be honest and do not falsely report that the rubber pads have not reached you. Although I will re-post the rubber pads, the additional costs will be imposed on me. I'll try my best to please my customers but please be fair. -------------------- So now back to this awesome product. I still think this is one of the best things in the gaming accessories market. I mean... I've got a 4 year old controller and I'm still using it. No need to buy a new controller anymore! This post has been edited by s3an_looi: Aug 15 2010, 04:39 PM |

QUOTE(cherrie_brand @ Aug 20 2010, 01:50 PM) Hi Cherrie..I think your bf will really like these. It's simple, all you gotta do is to put these rubber pads over your existing analog sticks. There's no dismantling required and it takes less than a minute. Your controller lasts longer (mine's 4 years old and still working!). Please feel free to sms me at 012 656 4766 if you have any questions. |

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Aug 30 2010, 08:15 PM) if your old rubber is still stuck firmly then do not remove them. You can put these rubber pads directly over it.Now if your old rubber is so broken that it is rotating freely around the stick then you can remove it. Use the replacement rubber pads. |

Disclaimer: I will not be responsible for the rubber pads if M'sia's postal service fails to deliver. Although almost all my customers have received their rubber pads via normal post, there is a select few who report that they did not receive their rubber pads. I have re-sent rubber pads to those who have not got them but I am afraid I cannot do this any longer. If you would like the extra assurance of the rubber pads reaching you safely, the Pos Express option is available to you at an additional RM3. I hope you continue to find interest in these rubber pads and continue to purchase them from me. If anything, please feel free to PM me.
