What you can do is you 'terbalik' the rubber pad and then close it over your analog stick. that's what I do anyway.

I bought 1 of the rubber pad but it seems that after i put it on the controller , it is not so sensative as the rubber pad is blocking alittle when i push it to the maximum .. Does this rubber pad will have the same problem as the last time i bought that rubber pad?

I don't think "not so sensitive" is a good description on this situation.

Anyways, when I have the rubber pad on my PS3 analog stick, When I push up to the max, the edge of the rubber pad does come in slight contact with the plastic 'rim'. It does happen to me but it is not a major issue.
