TS: The reason why some of the forumer suggest to take ur creatine post workout is for the reason that it take advantage of the meal for ur post workout. We take simplel carbs to spike our insulin to prevent the catabolism (muscle break down) and increase the absorption of other nutrient, CREATINE will somehow piggy back on those stuff and get into ur system more effectively. But still there is ppl who take it on pre workout, which is nothing wrong too. Personally, i feel that creatine need time to get loaded into our system.
