is L-box different from Light trail??
was earlier given a quote for RM15 per ft run for L box...
after installation done, contractor says these are light trails not L-box, and price becomes RM23 per ft run
also paid RM3.50/sq ft for plaster ceiling works...apparently, they used 12mm boards, and not 8mm boards...he shud've let me choose cos i'd chosen the 8mm board if it's cheaper...dunno what's the extra 4mm for...
including curtain pelmets, 3 man hole, box ups & false beams, in total, paid rm6225 for 1000sq ft...which i think is a total ripped off...altho the workman ship was very good & i really liked the design..
btw, no paint, no lights...those are charge differently...
havent heard of light trails though. rm3.5 is almost the ceiling price for end users. thr is a difference btwn 12mm n 8mm boards. if the ceiling area is large enough, u will see the 'waves' using 8mm boards. ppl hardly use 8mm boards. also, boards and plastering r changed separately. 6k for 1ksqft is quite expensive. mine showing us some pics?was earlier given a quote for RM15 per ft run for L box...
