The price for whole renovation for my house is just around 7K and i think it is worth because of his workmanship and his service.
i also engaged him to do plaster ceiling for my house. he did the job within 3 days for total area of 900++sf. the workmanship is very good. i got several quotation from another contractor and i chose him because his price is the lowest + friendly. rm2.20 psf for flat board & rm3.00 pfr for cornice. dont forget to mention my name, saiful from bukit antarabangsa if you nego with him. i believe he will give u further discount.Dining Room
