for light ..me choose round w/o glass...color light..mid...cool white (between white n warm) does not glare..but advice to try out in area u want to install as it does effect on the color scheme of your wall...

for kitchen better use the warm color..or cool white not the daylight as it turns your food pale..most kitchen use cool white or warm color...more presentable food show...

me using the 'Luminious' brand.....spiral type...18watt...so far ok..even make comparision on the other said brand 'Os..' and 'Ph..."...using lower amp power.....got warranty...
