hellkeeper ur rma-ed unit mamba is new one or they swap used one wif u?

guys, and mamba users, how long can the mamba battery tahan? for normal usage only... not gaming crazy.

as for ur own opinion, do u think mamba is portable? haha.. jz wanna see ur perspective.
i think its more portable than any other mouse, bring the mouse and cable. haha

i mean portable y not? u can separate the mouse and wire, then bring the mouse on a mouse pouch, wire jz dump inside bag.. as for DA, wan fit the wire into the pouch not easy xD hehe....

no, u cant rma it already after warranty and wont have any additional charges cuz u cannot rma it.

btw, isit realyl really hard to pull out the cable from mouse? tight isit? but after awhile of pulling and putting in will make it loose abit rite?

if 2 years later faulty, throw lo... wats the point, u used it for 2 long years edi rite?
not to say throw la, keep it as collection. razer mice are good collectibles.

hell, ur rma take so long liaw, very patient person.

bro hell, imperator does not have such problem. i use 2.1 speakers set on my table, no jittery. if i put a phone very very close to my mouse and let it vibrate, it will jitter abit of coz.. its laser sensor. however, if i put the mouse on table (means hard surface), the mouse wont even move abit though my phone jz vibrate like 1cm next to him. take note that phone vibration is stronger than most of the big desktop speakers.
for hard surface, not even a chance for it to move

lolz... its a laser mouse ma, will jitter if too big vibration. u got try on hard mat?

Added on January 30, 2010, 6:41 pmbtw, called ALLIT today and they give me a bad response regarding the rma of hellkeeper's razer mamba.
i said i dont want a used unit, becoz i found out from my friends that their rma unit are usually used ones (somemore the used mamba doesn belong to them before, its somewehre and someone else's mamba). i told them its unfair, all the answer they give is we cant do anything, need to wait till they send back the mouse baru if u beh syok, come rma and 1 month again.
LOL.. dam angry with allit.. wtf.. i said give me the phone i'l call them and tell them myself, tell them don give the used mamba, cuz its unfair, paid full price rm459, but get used item.. but allit refused to give, even ban leong's number.. zz.. i'l call someone from ban leong razer department and ask tmr.
see what i mean? zzz... otherwise if follow that stupid operator's idea, need wait 3 months baru can get a new mouse, jz the mouse only, nth else.. WTF... zzzz

btw, i gonna call ban leong to settle the mouse. i don wanna take old mouse or scratched mouse.. if the old mouse is u use de, still can accept, i don wan mouse that is used by duno wat ppl, then they simply jz dump in

@noobie1, this is razer thread, cannot even discuss about warranty claims to defect or faulty razer products? or u don feel happy when ppl asking question regarding warranty procedures? can send me the link of moderator? and sorry if u're not happy with ppl discussing about warranty procedures.
